Andreea Mondoc recently had the opportunity to go to a conference in Bucharest about tinerii romi între stereotipuri și prejudecăți (“young Roma between stereotypes and prejudices”), and we asked her to share about her experience while there.
We love our Kids Club kids! Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, they come to us for 2 hours and we get to play, sing, share a Bible story, have a snack, and do some kind of craft with them.
Over the years, we have been so blessed by the generous donations sent to us from people all around the globe. Thanks to these gifts, we are able to provide pajamas and toys for the Brasov Children’s Hospital,
I’m Erin Patton, and after coming to Romania as a short-term volunteer each summer, I’m currently here long-term. Over the years, I have volunteered with FFR, and also connected with other services and charities who support people with disabilities.
